Welcome to The Bay Area Examiner
New home, same friendly faces.
Every new beginning comes from some other beginning’s end.
1. Why this, why now
USF needs a better brand of coverage, and we’re going to give it to you. While maintaining our roots that put us on the map we’re embracing the new direction of the university, but will still keep them honest. Whether it be football, basketball, any of the Olympic sports, you won’t find better or more comprehensive coverage of USF athletics, the university, and the area anywhere else. Welcome to The BAE.
2. After 10 years, this community is officially in our hands.
This will be the new home for all written content from Nate, Seth, Steeg, Vito, and all of the former Daily Stampede/Voodoo 5 crew. The stories and information you’ve come to expect directly in your inbox. All 100% free.
3. Why The Bay Area Examiner?
When creating a new name we wanted to encompass a whole new brand. No longer just everyone’s favorite H A T E B L O G, The Bay Area Examiner will look to tackle more than just USF Athletics, but we’ll need your help to get there.
4. Who we are
Aa group of dedicated alumni to USF who (for some reason) still want to cover and write about this University even after our old home was taken away from us. Much like winning four games over the last three years in football - it seriously can’t get any worse. We hope to continue our comprehensive coverage of USF Athletics while reaching new people in multiple mediums.

5. So Subscribe and tell your friends
We’re all new to this, but believe the best way to reach new audiences while supporting the community that has followed us for the last decade is to research and develop. You know where to find us.
